● Keeping and developing the capacity for building and repairing vessels in interest of readiness of the Albanian Navy
● Repairing of all inventory of the Albanian Navy
● Working (service) for the third part (Public and private subject).

TASKS
● Building new vessels
● Docking Albanian Navy and Private vessels till 300 ton
● Repairing (level II, III) of all inventory of the Albanian Navy and Private vessels
● Production of the spare part (from machining shop) needed on repairing process of Albanian Navy and Private vessels
● Facilitate and supply mooring of Albanian Navy and Private vessels
● Offering Technical assistance and materials supplies Albanian Navy
● Working (service) for the third part (Public and private subject).

MAN POWER CAPACITY
• Welding Department
- Welders are trained by specialized DAMEN Welders in Holland and in the Shipyard in Pashaliman
- Welders are certified by BV
- Welding is done with steel, aluminum and CuNiFer material.

Ships Building Sector
- Performed by experienced ship builders of the 3 boats Stan Patrol Boat 4207.
- Some ship builders are trained by DAMEN in Holland.
- Relatively complicated process but well performed.
- During the working process ship builders and welders are supervised by BV supervisors.
• TUBOMECHANIC SECTOR
- Specialists for preparation and fitting the different systems of the ships.
- Some specialists are trained by DAMEN in Holland
- Relatively complicated process
- Tubes turning in 3 dimensional position
• AGGREGATE FITTING SECTOR
- Specialists for the preparation of basis and fitting basis, equipments and mechanisms.
- Some specialists are trained by DAMEN in Holland
- Fitting of equipments, mechanisms and relatively difficult systems.
- During the working process are supervised by BV supervisors.
• PAINTING AND CARPENTER SECTOR
- Specialized for preparing surfaces and for painting according to IP
- Trained by DAMEN specialists in Shipyard
- During the working process are supervised by IP.
- Standardized carpenter workings.
- Preparation for surface paving(wetland) with special material.
• ELECTRIC-ELECTRONIC SECTOR
- Specialists for the fitting of electric and electronic systems.
- Some specialists are trained by DAMEN in Holland
- Preparation of tracks, fitting and extension of cables.
- Fitting and connection of electric and electronic equipments
